Dog Boarding

Our dog boarding services offer professional and caring overnight accommodations, charged on a per-day basis, with a discounted rate for the pick-up day, dependent on the pick-up time. Our pick-up and drop-off hours, spanning from 7 am to midnight, ensure flexibility for our clients, with appointments required 24 hours in advance.We prioritize the safety and well-being of all canine guests; therefore, dogs must be sociable with their counterparts and have current vaccinations, including Rabies, Bordetella, Lepto, and Parvo, along with a regular flea and tick prevention regimen.We welcome dogs over the age of 12 months who are spayed and neutered, with kennel-trained pups preferred. For those not acclimated to kennels, a private room option is available, though additional costs may apply.We are committed to providing a secure and comfortable environment for every four-legged friend entrusted to our care.


To ensure quality care and personal time for each dog, we only take 4 dogs at a time. Due to this, spots book quickly, please plan ahead.

Hi pet parents! I'm Savannah Rivera, a devoted canine behavior and training student with a strong passion for animals. I hold certifications in Pet CPR & First Aid, Fear-Free Boarding & Doggy Day Care, and Canine Training, and I'm constantly working towards expanding my skill set.Having cared for animals all my life, I've developed an innate understanding of their needs and behaviors. This love led me to establish my own boarding business. The idea was born from a stressful experience while searching for reliable pet care during my wedding in 2022. I was inspired to create a service that prioritizes communication, regular check-ins, enrichment activities, and a stress-free environment.My goal is simple: to provide a safe and loving space where pet owners can confidently leave their furry friends while staying connected through updates and photos. I'm dedicated to ensuring pets receive the utmost care and attention, making it possible for owners to travel worry-free. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Zoey & Friends LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.Please note that these terms and condtions may change at any time without notice.1. Reservations and BookingsReservations for boarding and daycare services must be made in advance. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
We recommend booking well in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
All bookings are subject to our approval based on compatibility with our resident dogs and available capacity.
2. Health and VaccinationsAll dogs must have up-to-date Rabies, DHPP*, Bordetella, & Parvo vaccinations and be on flea and tick preventative. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to your dog's stay. (In lieu of a DHPP vaccination – any combo vaccination that includes parvo will be acceptedDogs must be in good health and free from any contagious illnesses. If your dog shows signs of illness, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation.3. Socialization Requirements
Our facility is a social environment, and we require all dogs to be friendly, sociable, and well-socialized with other dogs and people.
Dogs displaying aggressive or antisocial behavior may not be suitable for our setting. We reserve the right to decline or terminate a stay for the safety and well-being of all guests.
4. Meet and GreetA mandatory meet and greet session is required for all new clients prior to booking. This allows us to assess compatibility and ensure a positive experience for your dog. This is also where we will gather more in-depth care instructions and give you the opportunity to tour our home and ask any questions you may have.5. Medications and Special CareWe are experienced in administering oral medications. Please provide clear instructions including and necessary medications for your dog's stay.
If your dog has specific medical or dietary needs, please inform us during the booking process.
6. Desert Environment and Wildlife AcknowledgmentZoey and Friends LLC operates a home-style dog boarding business on a 1.25-acre property located in the desert of Arizona. This unique environment may expose dogs to various desert animals, including but not limited to insects, reptiles, and other wildlife. While all outdoor activities are supervised, it is important to note that interactions with desert animals are inherent to the location.By booking with Zoey and Friends LLC, the client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with our desert property. These risks include, but are not limited to, injuries, bites, stings, or other encounters that may cause harm to their dog.Liability Release:
Zoey and Friends LLC, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injuries, bites, stings, or other encounters that may occur during the stay. The client fully releases Zoey and Friends LLC from any and all liability arising from such incidents.
Veterinary Care Responsibility:
In the event that a bite, sting, or other encounter results in the need for veterinary care, the client is solely responsible for all fees and payments associated with the treatment of their dog. Zoey and Friends LLC will not be held responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred due to encounters with desert animals.
By confirming a booking with Zoey and Friends LLC, the client indicates their understanding of the risks associated with the desert environment and wildlife on the property and agrees to the terms outlined in this section.7. Personal BelongingsWe are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.8. Payment / SchedulingFull payment is due at the time of booking to secure your dates.We charge by calendar day.You agree to pay applicable fees and charges in effect at the time your pet is brough in for care.We offer a 10% discount for Active-Duty Military, Veterans, National Guard and Reserve Members – Proof of service is required.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Only applicable for families in the same household.
You understand and are aware that our business is located at our residents and no unscheduled visits are permitted.All drop off and pick up times must be scheduled and approved during the booking process. Changes are subject to availability and may not be accommodated on short notice.You agree that if for any reason you need to change your drop off and pick up time and it cannot be accommodated, no refund or credit will be given. Additional charges will occur if you arrive after scheduled times.
You agree that drop off and pick up times are pre-scheduled based on availability and approval. If you arrive outside the agreed upon time – early or late – you will incur a $30 fee for each incident. Fees must be paid before you can book any additional services.
Drop off days are never discounted – regardless of the time you drop your pet off.Pick-up days - Prices will be adjusted after pick up is completed.Pick-ups between 7:30AM –
11:30AM will receive 50% off the pick up day.
After 11:30AM - Full daily rate applies.
9. Cancellations and RefundsPlease refer to the Cancellations and Refund Policy.10. Liability and ReleaseWhile every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, Zoey & Friends is not liable for any illness, injury, or other occurrences that may happen during your dog's stay.
By using our services, you agree to release Zoey & Friends, its owners, and staff from any liability related to your dog's stay.
11. Respectful CommunicationYou agree to communicate in a polite, respectful, and professional manner and refrain from using abusive, offensive, or derogatory language or behavior towards staff.
Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct towards any person involved will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the agreement without any obligation to provide further services or refunds.
12. Client ResponsibilityThe Client hereby warrants and represents that:
• Owner is the sole owner of Canine or the agent of the owner of Canine and is authorized to enter into this Contract.
• Canine is in overall good health and all health conditions are enlightened in questionnaire.
• Canine is current on all vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Lepto/Parvo.
• Canine has NOT exhibited aggressive behavior towards humans or other dogs or animals.
• Canine is on a flea and tick prevention treatment.
NOTE:
If you misrepresent your Canine's vaccine status or illness, you will be liable for all damages caused to other pets and humans that were affected, including (but not limited to, all costs associated with treatment, disinfecting/cleaning and medical expenses.
Client is responsible for any and all damages that occurs due to their dog(s) to our personal property. Client understands that if any damage is caused to our property, dog(s) is(are) no longer able to be in our care and must be picked up immediately. Client understands that if their dog(s) cause damage that results in them having to be picked up early, no refunds will be giving for the remaining days.13. Authorized Medical CareOwner authorizes and instructs Zoey and Friends to seek veterinary advice and care, including emergency care, at Owner's expense as deemed necessary by Zoey and Friends (with a veterinarian and/or veterinary hospital of Zoey and Friend's choice) for Canine's well-being. Owner is solely responsible for the payment of all medical bills and all related transportation costs and expenses associated with Canine's veterinary and/or medical care as ordered and required by
Zoey and Friends.
14. AbandonmentOwner acknowledges that Owner has hereby been notified by The Provider that if Canine is not retrieved by Owner within ten (10) days of Canine's scheduled pick-up date, then The Provider may deem Canine "abandoned" as described in state law. The Provider may then relinquish custody of Canine to the nearest humane society or dog pound in the area or take such other action as permitted by State Law. Despite any such abandonment, Owner will remain liable to The Provider for all unpaid Services and care charges, as well as all fees and expenses associated with removal of Canine. Owner is further liable for any attorney's fees and costs incurred by The Provider in collection of any such charges.15. Photography and Video PermissionsPhotographic and Video Consent:During the stay at Zoey and Friends LLC, we may capture photographs and videos of the dogs for marketing and social media purposes. By booking with us, the client grants Zoey and Friends LLC the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish any and all photographs and videos taken during their dog's stay for promotional, marketing, and social media content.Ownership and Copyright:
Zoey and Friends LLC retains full ownership and copyright of all photographs and videos captured on the premises. Clients do not have any claim to ownership or copyright of these materials.
Usage Rights:
Zoey and Friends LLC reserves the right to use these photographs and videos in various promotional materials, including but not limited to the business website, social media platforms, printed materials, and any other promotional channels.
Commission Disclaimer:
While Zoey and Friends LLC may use these materials for marketing purposes, clients acknowledge that they are not entitled to any royalties or payments if their dog's photograph or video is used in content that generates commissions or income for Zoey and Friends LLC.
16. SeverabilityIf any provision of this Contract is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves, to the greatest extent possible, the original purposes and intents of the parties under this Agreement.17. IndemnificationThe client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zoey and Friends, their employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of this agreement, any negligent or willful act or omission of the client or any third party engaged by the client or Canine , and any injury or damage caused by the client or any third party engaged by the client.18. Dispute Resolution and Legal FeesAny disputes arising out of or related to this contract shall be resolved through mediation, which shall be conducted by a neutral mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties within 60 days of written notice of a dispute. If the parties are unable to agree on a mediator, then a mediator shall be appointed by the American Arbitration Association.
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation, then the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Casa Grande, Arizona and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment may be entered on the arbitration award in any court having jurisdiction thereof. c. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs in connection with any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement, except as otherwise provided by law.
19. Owner Complete Release of LiabilityTo the maximum extent under State Law, Owner unconditionally, fully and finally releases Releasees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages (compensatory, consequential, special and punitive damages), demands, actions, claims, lawsuits, fines, costs, expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs in courts of all levels and any veterinary costs and expenses for Canine) whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen and from the beginning of time to the present arising from or related in any way to any Services or actions performed by Releasees (arising out of or related to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any negligence of Releasees) which caused and/or contributed to any injury, damage or the death of Canine while under the care of Releasees.By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:Customers who wish to cancel their reservation must do so within a specified timeframe prior to the scheduled boarding period. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and accommodate other clients. Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.Cancellations:• A 25% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations (calculated based on the total boarding price).• Cancellations made 7 days or less from the scheduled drop-off day are non-refundable and do not qualify for credit.PackagesPackages are not eligible for a refund.Changes in Scheduled Dates within 7 Days:• Any changes to scheduled dates made 7 days or less from the original booking will not result in a refund or credit for removed days.2. Early Departure:If a customer chooses to pick up their dog before the originally scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the boarding stay.3. No-Show Policy:If a customer does not show up for their reserved boarding period and does not provide notice of cancellation, no refund will be issued.4. Refund Processing:Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7- 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request (depending on your financial institution). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.5. Boarding Stay Modifications:Changes to the duration of the boarding stay made after the reservation is confirmed may be subject to availability and additional charges. Any adjustments to the reservation must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.6. Force Majeure:In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other situations beyond our control that may disrupt boarding operations, we will work with affected customers to reschedule or provide a credit for future services.7. Discretionary Refunds:In exceptional circumstances, management may use their discretion to offer partial refunds or credits based on individual cases.8. Communication:Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up to date. How many dogs do you take at once?Our home, inclusive of our three resident dogs, accommodates a maximum of seven dogs simultaneously. This commitment ensures your dog experiences a stress-free environment and benefits from increased individual attention, distinguishing our service from traditional boarding facilities or commercial kennels – all without any additional charges.Do you seperate big and small dogs?Yes, we employ baby gates to separate small and large dogs, and all interactions are closely supervised. We gradually introduce dogs of different sizes and allow supervised interaction, ensuring a careful assessment before confident mingling. Our priority is to create a safe and positive environment for all our furry guests. We have never had any dog fights or injuries.Are dogs supervised while outside?Certainly, your dog will always have outdoor company, and as an extra precaution, we have outdoor cameras, along with surveillance in our kennel rooms and on each individual kennel. Ensuring the safety and well-being of your pet is our top priority. We have a main block wall surrounding our entire property and an additional fence in the background, ensuring double safety.Will my dog always be in a kennel / What if my dog isn't kennel trained?Dogs are not required to be kennel trained, but they should be able to respect baby gates or stay behind a closed door without being destructive. Each dog is assigned a kennel where their personal belongings go, but they are not necessarily closed in a kennel. The only times dogs are kenneled include drop-offs and pick-ups, during meet and greets, when there's no one home (e.g., for doctor appointments or errands), or overnight. If your dog is not kennel trained, during these times, they will be secured behind a closed door. Dogs will be separated from others unless directly supervised, utilizing baby gate barriers. Kennel trained dogs will be confined to their kennels during these times. Non-kennel trained dogs are welcome to sleep in our bed. We cater to each individual dog - please be sure to discuss your preference with us at your meet and greet.What vaccinations do you require?All dogs must have up-to-date Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, & Parvo vaccinations and be on flea and tick preventative. Our approach differs from commercial kennels and corporate boarding facilities as dogs are not confined to kennels all day. We don't charge extra for playtime, exercise, or enrichment, considering these as standard care every dog deserves. Additionally, as a courtesy, we provide a discounted rate for pick-ups by a specific time on the departure day. It's important to note that, even after your dog leaves, we have tasks like cleaning and disinfecting to attend to.Are your policies negotiable for my special circumstance?No. We kindly request that you carefully review our policies. If there are any aspects with which you disagree, we recommend refraining from scheduling a meet and greet.
